April Bowlby, born in Vallejo in California She attended Moorpark College, where she obtained certificates in French and Marine Biology. She also took classes in Ballet. In her late teens she started modeling however, she soon switched to acting. She made her professional on-camera debut as a guest star in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" in 2005. Then she went on to do work on both films and television, such as "CSI New York" and 'Stacked' 'Freddie', 'Sands of Oblivion', "All Roads Lead Home', 'Out of Jimmy's head' "Kath & Kim, 'Psych', and 'From Prada To Nada'. She is most widely recognized by her frequent appearances on "Two and a Half Men" as well as "How I Met Your Mother, and for her co-starring in the role of Stacy Barrett on the series, "Drop Dead Diva". April Michelle Bowlby is her real name. April Bowlby was her nick-name. Based on the place she was born, April Bowlby is an American. Vallejo is the name she chose for the town she grew up in.
